How add-ons work
Turn add-ons on and off in the Plugin Directory, and see which ones your plan includes.
Updated Sep 8, 2026
Add-ons add extra features to Pingu, such as voice conversations, AI help for your team, and connections to other tools. You turn them on and off in the Plugin Directory.
Available add-ons
| Add-on | What it does |
|---|---|
| Lead Capture | Turns chat visitors into sales leads with a short contact form |
| AI Voice Agent | Lets visitors talk to the AI instead of typing |
| Agent Copilot | Drafts, rewrites and translates replies for your team in live chat |
| Saved Replies | Stores common answers so your team can insert them into live chats by typing / |
| Conversation Tags | Labels chats with your own tags and keeps private notes for your team |
| Automations and webhooks | Sends chat events to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own systems |
| Internal AI Assistant | A private AI assistant for your staff, trained on company documents |
| Telegram | Forwards website chats to a Telegram group |
Turn on an add-on
- Log in to the dashboard and open Plugin Directory.
- Find the add-on. Use the search box or filter by category or status.
- Select Enable.
- Select Configure to set it up. Each add-on's guide explains its settings.
Turn an add-on off any time with Disable.
Add-ons and your plan
The Plugin Directory shows each add-on's status:
- Included in Plan: you can turn it on now.
- Active: it's turned on.
- Requires Plan Upgrade: it isn't part of your current plan. Select Upgrade to Unlock to see the plans.
See Plans, free trial and billing to upgrade.
Common issues
I can't see the Plugin Directory. Your account needs permission to manage plugins. Ask your company's Pingu administrator.
An add-on is turned on but doesn't show in the menu. Reload the dashboard. Some add-ons, like Telegram and Automations, add their own page to the menu once they're enabled.
