  • We do not monitor or moderate conversations unless required by law

  • You act as the Data Controller for visitor data
  • You must provide your own privacy notice to your website visitors
  • You must obtain required consents before collecting personal data

5. Availability & Modifications

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.

6. Integrations

The Service may rely on third-party platforms (such as Telegram). We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by these platforms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or misuse is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
